Our area of experience is auto, home, renters, life, health, small business insurance and loans in the Knoxville, Fountain City, Corryton, Mascot, Luttrell, Blaine, Halls and Strawberry Plains area. We are located in Knoxville in the Fountain City area behind the Party City complex on Broadway in the little red brick house.

Penny enjoys giving back to the community. She is a member at the Fountain City Lions Club, Fountain City Business Professionals member and gives back to the local schools and teachers. She also gives teddy bears to Knoxville Police Department and Knoxville Fire Departments for children they assist.

Penny enjoys home projects, gardening, going to the lake, and she loves animals. Her husband Scott supports her in all her crazy adventures, like buying an old house that hadn't been lived in 15 years and didn't even have a kitchen sink. She is a weekend road warrior visiting grand-babies and family in North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and Kansas. She has a son in the Navy, daughter-in-love that works remote in her office, and her daughter is an athletic trainer at Troy University. Rainy Roo and Big Boy are her spoiled puppies that you will find occasionally in the office. She loves her work-family and her office motto is always do what is right. She invests yearly in training programs for her office so that they can stay on top of the insurance industry to better serve her customers.
